Citing several thousand looming divorces within the heterosexual community and the abundance of shotgun weddings without a proper courting period the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the dissolution of the allowance of heterosexual divorce in hopes that many will take the institution more seriously.

Justice Thomas Declares His Own Marriage Unconstitutional

In an interview with Jet magazine Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas reveled that if he had been on the court in 1967, when it made its historic decision in the Loving v. Virginia case, he probably would have voted to uphold Virginia’s Racial Integrity Act of 1924.
